Mayton Transfer Lofts in the news

In addition to providing a great photo of developer Dave McCormack with the lofts behind him, today’s P-I covers the progress on the huge historic restoration project that is Mayton Transfer Lofts. It looks like the first 47 apts will be ready for move-in around March 2008.

on the $12m Mayton Transfer Lofts project

Mayton Transfer Lofts is the warehouse conversion project being developed by Dave McCormack and Axis Development at 4th and Bank in Petersburg, situated a few blocks from I-95 and a few blocks from the Appomattox River. Today’s RTD presents an interview with Dave, and notes among other things that phase 1 of the project (5 condos and 47 apartments) should be completed and ready for occupancy in February, when phase 2 (64 apartments) will begin.
