Today the EIA released its October Short-term Energy and Winter Fuels Outlook. If you click on the 2008/09 Winter Fuels Outlook slideshow in the top right, you’ll find estimates for residential heating oil, natural gas, electricity, etc. over the Oct 08 to Mar 09 period, both in aggregate and by region. In similar but different news, there will be a sales-tax holiday on certain Energy Star and WaterSense products Oct 10-13.
