Police continue to address ‘public nuisances’; arrest suspect in double shooting

In today’s P-I:
1) Police say stores too dangerous — too dangerous for ABC agents to do their work. In a nutshell, the article summaries recent police efforts in relation to ‘public nuisances,’ in this case involving 3 convenience stores and 2 hotels.
2) [Double] Shooting suspect arrested.
