MoBooksMoBikesMobile coming to Pathways, July 18

MoBooksMoBikesMobile

As part of their effort to promote literacy and alternative transportation, the folks at Books On Wheels are bringing the MoBooksMoBikesMobile to Pathways (1200 W. Washington St.) Friday, July 18, from 10am to noon. They will offer free books and free bike repair to the community. They will also accept donations of books and/or bikes/bike parts.

    There was a good turnout today, especially with the bike repair:

    Also, they now have a new website, http://bookonwheels.com.

    If your organization/event would like them to come down and offer free bike repair/free books, I’m sure they’d be happy to hear from you!
