Upcoming events at Minerva Books
May 28th, 1 pm: Children’s Story Hour. Designed for 3-5 year olds and a caretaker, this will involve the reading of an age appropriate story and a treat afterwards.
May 29th, 7 pm: Writing Group Meeting. Designed for aspiring writers of all genres, this affords members the opportunity to meet and talk about writing, and to practice the craft of writing.

This place looks COOL! I like the deck idea alot! Sort of reminds me of Crossroads Coffee & Ice Cream in Richmond with the roll-up door (it was a former auto shop/garage)! Def. need to check that out, especially living with bibliophile.

Just wanted to let everyone know that with today’s toilet facility ribbon cutting and ceremonial first flush, the cafe section of the store is open with limited service (we will continue to expand as we build our stock). We now offer coffee and frappes, and we should be able to offer our desserts if not tomorrow, by Tuesday at least. Thanks to everyone for your patience as we continue to work through the challenges.
