Wait a second. PPS PTA is going to Prince George Golf Course for a fund raiser, now there’s loyalty for you. Let’s just send our kids to their schools too.

Last year we played golf there because we did not have a course to play on. This year we are there because for the time we are doing this event we can’t play at our course. Don’t shoot the organizers, just call the city and ask them why we can’t have that date heck if they call within the next week and give us a deal on price we would gladly switch.

I wonder if the course is already booked for an event that date or something. One can’t imagine they’d turn a local fundraising event - esp. one involving education, with outreach to the schools one of their stated goals - away without a good reason.

nothing is booked they are not allowing tournaments to be played until after June

you can always call 733-2301 and complain there…heck please call there

    this is just stupid

as John has stated before we have made every effort to have this tournament at Petersburg. So please call the City Manager or the golf course

this is why people get pissed off with this damn city. they are making you go someother place to what they could do.

I called to the city managers office to complain about this. I suggest that the rest of you do the same…

I really am trying not to say, “Why are we surprised?” (out loud)

It seems to me that, if the PSA PTA held a golf tournament ANYWHERE last year, whomever has any connection with responsibility for making Dogwood Trace productive would have thought to call on the PSA PTA and offered a very sweet deal for THIS YEAR …
