Petersburg featured in article on Garden Week in Washington Post

A reader writes: “I accidentally came upon a mention of Petersburg in a short travel article in today’s Washington Post online. The article is about Garden Week and uses P’burg as an example of the variety of activities included in a GW tour.” Since your dear moderator doesn’t have an online account with the Post, I can’t find the article. But to those who do… check it out!

I also go past Brandermill’s Heritage Farm every time we go to pick up our granddaughter - they had flowers, vegetables, etc. and lots of people were out yesterday working on their spaces with their kids…very nice.

Given the increasing cost of food, I’ve been giving thought to attempting to grow some things that we buy alot (squash, peppers, herbs, etc.). I figured if the Burg had space …..
