On Sat. April 12, from 9am-3pm, the Virginia Supportive Housing’s Financial Foundation will present the above workshop at Pathways (1200 W. Washington St.).

Modules include: Personal Finance & Credit Reports, Role of the Lender, Working with a Real Estate Agent, Home Inspections and Closing the Mortgage Loan. You can even get a VHDA Completion Certificate Award.

There will be fee lunch and giveaways sponsored by BB&T Bank.
