Pathways to offer free cardiac clinic for uninsured
From Pathways: Join us in celebrating the dedication of our new specialty clinic, providing free cardiac attention for the uninsured. Services include: general examination, EKG, blood work, stress reduction instruction, medication, and dietary/exercise support.
* Open once a month by referral.
* Up to twenty persons per month
* Volunteers include three physicians, one nurse practitioner, one cardiac nurse, and one intake coordinator
* Partners include Bon Secours Health System (Care Van and free hospital services), Richmond High Blood Pressure Center, Virginia State University, Southside Regional School of Nursing.
Dedication Ceremony will take place March 13, 2008 – 1:00pm at our operations center at 1200 W. Washington St., Petersburg, VA 23803. Come see first hand how Pathways is building lives and awakening hope in Petersburg, Virginia.










It is a start in the right direction hopefully they can expand this program to more than one day a month.
And all of the volunteers from the Doctors to the Technicians need to be commended.
