    Per the P-I, the Middle College High School Program that Superintendent Victory proposed (see agenda) would allow approx. 50 high school students to participate in a dual-enrollment program whereby these students could take courses at Richard Bland College toward an associate degree that would also satisfy high school graduation requirements.

    Another innovative idea!
