Meeting for PPS students/parents re: Governor’s Schools
An informational meeting about the Governorís Schools will be held Thursday, Oct. 11 in the Vernon Johns Middle School Cafeteria from 6:30 PM ?to 8:30 PM. The meeting is open to all students and parents who are interested in Appomattox Regional Governorís School For Performing Arts and Technology or Maggie Walker Governorís School For Government and International Studies.
Starting Monday, October 15, applications will be available for pick up at:
Vernon Johns Middle School: Ms. E. Britton (guidance)
Peabody Middle School: Ms. C. Woodson (guidance)
Private and home-schooled students must have a proof of residence (original document) in order to pick up an application.
