Petersburg homicide count (for the year) increases to 6

The P-I reports that a woman was shot around 1:45am Sunday on the 1300 block of Commerce St. No motive/suspects at this time.

Today’s P-I reports that 2 persons have been arrested in connection with the above homicide, and that the investigation is ongoing.
