Phil Cheney of HPLA makes the following observations: 1) the exterior restoration of the Keeper’s Cottage at Poplar Lawn Park has been completed with Historic Petersburg Foundation’s generous assistance (hat tip to Gil and Victoria), and 2) the City has completed installation of the traffic circle/4-way stop at Marshall and Adams (an effort to reduce/slow through-traffic in the area).
