Appomattox riverfront developments

1: new footbridges over the river near Battersea Dam connect parts of the Appotmattox Trail (should be handicap accessible by month end); 2: dredging project may get $1.5m boost.

We applaud Mr. Forbes for his efforts to assist Petersburg but it would be more comforting to see Senator Warner’s name in print as also supporting this funding earmark. And, if it were I expect the amount could be considerably higher.
