Call for nonprofits: City Soul, July 14
The Phoenix Project Nonprofit Leadership Program (NLP) invites you to attend the second annual City Soul event on July 14th at the Tabernacle Baptist Church [map]Community Life Center from 2pm to 5pm.† The purpose of City Soul is to facilitate communication between Petersburg nonprofits and the community.† This event will give you the opportunity to showcase your services and converse with the residents of Petersburg in a fun and relaxed environment. In addition to nonprofit representation, City Soul features musical performers, free food, and fun activities.†
If you are interested in sharing your mission with the community by hosting a table at the event, please contact the Phoenix Project with your organizationís name, mission statement, and contact information.† There is no charge to have a table or to attend the event.
Each agency will be assigned a table at the event and we encourage you to make your display fun and interactive.† Remember to bring brochures and flyers for residents.† Please plan to arrive by 1:30pm to set up.† Call 804-451-4009 with any questions or concerns.
