First female Episcopal bishop spoke at Petersburg church
Rev. Barbara Harris spoke yesterday at St. Stephens Church,†the first black Episcopal congregation in VA, as part of both†St. Stephens’ 140th birthday celebrations and its annual Women’s Day events. [via]
The Church’s main event will be July 22, 4pm;†the Church†will celebrate Children’s Day July 29.†
