Petersburg People’s News focuses on activites and events at the neighborhood level, and on larger events with a direct impact on our community.

We are not a newspaper or magazine. We have no staff reporters or editors. Rather, we are a neighborhood blog, a space for members of the community to share events, photos, announcements, etc. and to engage in dialogue regarding same (kind of like a digital kiosk, with bells & whistles). If you or your organization have announcements that you would like to share with the community, please feel free to submit them for beaming up.

Who we are

This site was launched in March of 2007 by Brenda Priebe with the generous technical support of John Murden. The site is now owned and operated by Petersburg People’s News, LLC.
